Responsibilities

• Build the IR function from the ground up, owning strategy, messaging, and reporting cadence
• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, venture partners, and financial media
• Partner with the CEO and CFO to translate financial performance and product velocity into a compelling narrative
• Lead the preparation of high-quality board packs, investor updates, and data packages
• Manage communications and deepen relationships across a sophisticated multi-party cap table
• Define and communicate key SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and Rule of 40
• Monitor the competitive landscape and SaaS/AI market dynamics

Requirements

• 8+ years in investor relations, investment banking, buyside investing, or equity research
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and financial metrics
• Experience supporting fundraising processes at high-growth, venture-backed companies
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across complex cap tables
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for sophisticated audiences
• Established network across institutional investors, VC, or investment banking
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in legal tech or AI
• Experience in international investor relations, particularly across European markets
