VP of International Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead international financial strategy, capital allocation, and market entry planning
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and market-level P&L performance management
• Oversee international finance operations, including month-end close and scalable processes
• Act as a senior finance partner for commercial negotiations, pricing, and deal structuring
• Ensure compliance with international statutory, tax, VAT/GST, and transfer pricing requirements
• Manage international treasury, multi-currency operations, and FX exposure
• Lead and develop the international finance team and regional relationships

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with multi-market leadership
• Proven experience managing finance across Europe, UK, MENA, or global territories
• Expertise in FP&A, financial modelling, and performance management
• Deep understanding of statutory reporting, tax, transfer pricing, and audit requirements
• Experience in international market entry and cross-border operations
• Strong treasury, cash management, and FX experience
• Background in technology, e-commerce, or high-growth digital businesses preferred
• CPA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CFA qualification preferred
