VP of International Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, controls, reporting, and operations across international markets
• Partner with the CFO on market entry, capital allocation, investment decisions, and expansion planning
• Build financial models, business cases, and market-level P&Ls for new and existing territories
• Own budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance reporting across Europe, the UK, MENA, and other regions
• Oversee statutory reporting, tax, compliance, treasury, FX, and cash management for international entities
• Support commercial negotiations, pricing, partnership structures, and cross-border transactions
• Lead and develop regional finance teams and external advisors to ensure scalable finance operations

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with significant international or multi-market leadership
• Strong FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management expertise
• Deep knowledge of statutory reporting, tax, VAT/GST, transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, and audit requirements
• Experience with treasury, liquidity management, working capital, and FX exposure
• Proven ability to support international market entry, entity setup, and cross-border operations
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• CPA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology, e-commerce, marketplace, ticketing, entertainment, payments, or other high-growth digital businesses
• Background working with regional finance teams, local accountants, auditors, and tax advisors
• Experience in fast-scaling businesses with evolving structures and ambitious growth targets
