VP of Industrial Engineering

About the Company

Humanoid is building the first commercially deployed humanoid robots for industrial environments. Their wheeled industrial robot is currently in active customer pilots with companies like Schaeffler, Bosch, and Siemens, with plans to scale production following a 2026 beta fleet release.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering delivery for the industrial product from design through pilots to field scale across HW, SW, AI, and system integration
• Direct prioritization for engineers allocated to industrial functions within a matrixed organization
• Act as the single source of truth for industrial engineering delivery and the forward roadmap for leadership and customers
• Build a delivery engine capable of releasing production software on a fast, predictable cadence

Requirements

• 15+ years in engineering leadership with a track record of shipping multi-disciplinary HW/SW/AI products at scale
• Software-biased background with fluency in hardware and AI
• Deep understanding of the industrial market (logistics, manufacturing, automotive)
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment
• Experience taking products from zero to one
• Deep technical credibility across HW, SW, and modern AI
• Ability to work in London on-site
