Responsibilities

• Serve as the GTM operating model owner and force multiplier for the executive team
• Lead high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives across departments
• Architect the GTM technology stack and systems infrastructure
• Build the company's "Source of Truth" through predictive executive dashboards
• Replace manual work with AI-powered automation and agentic workflows
• Build and lead a high-performance GTM operations team
• Ensure cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in high-growth environments
• Proven track record as a founder, COO, or VP of Operations
• Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and complex data modeling
• Experience scaling teams and managing high-performing operators
• Ability to translate broad strategy into operational roadmaps
• AI-first mentality with experience leveraging LLMs and agentic workflows
• Strong bias for action and ability to thrive in hyper-growth chaos
