VP of Global Sourcing - Direct Materials

Responsibilities

• Lead all direct material categories globally for Sandisk
• Ensure continuous delivery of annual productivity through aggressive cost innovation
• Drive procurement maturity by implementing advanced processes, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions
• Act as a senior executive supplier contact point and manage E2E Purchasing processes
• Champion business continuity planning and supplier risk mitigation
• Drive the transition to a new organizational model and enhance purchasing skill sets

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in Purchasing, BPO, and supply chain
• Proven experience as a top Purchasing executive for a global semiconductor company with annual revenues over $2 billion
• Experience managing diverse teams across Europe, the Americas, and Asia
• Strong strategic capability to devise long-term purchasing strategies
• Highly analytical, process-driven, and results-oriented mindset
