Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering function to support rapid product innovation and scale
• Own engineering execution to ensure products are shipped reliably, securely, and at startup velocity
• Recruit, mentor, and retain exceptional engineers to build a world-class team
• Develop processes that balance speed with quality as the company grows
• Partner with product and GTM teams to align engineering with customer needs
• Guide technical architecture to support infrastructure scaling
• Enable the CTO by taking ownership of day-to-day engineering operations

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and scaling engineering teams in high-growth startups
• Background in enterprise SaaS or AI-driven platforms
• Experience building reliable, secure, and scalable systems
• Track record of aligning engineering execution with business outcomes
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS, Python, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Expertise in CI/CD, testing, and monitoring systems
