VP of Engineering

Responsibilities

• Oversee Engineering & Business Analytics team strategy and roadmap
• Assess technology systems and set goals for future growth
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Manage $1M+ software budget
• Provide strategic direction in software and data architecture
• Drive process best practices including code quality, testing, and security
• Partner with product leadership to align efforts with business strategy
• Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent
• Provide training, coaching, and professional development

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a senior technical role
• Experience leading a large team of 10+ members
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, React, and JavaScript
• Experience overseeing $1M+ software budgets
• Availability for on-call inquiries including nights and weekends
