Responsibilities

• Define and execute on the technical vision and architecture for systems serving millions of digital minds
• Build and lead the engineering organization to a standard of excellence
• Establish technical precision practices and foster an ownership-driven culture
• Drive engineering execution to consistently ship high-quality systems quickly
• Partner cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership to align strategy
• Mentor leaders and ensure Delphi remains a magnet for top talent

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 2+ years leading teams of 10+ engineers in hyper-growth environments
• Proven track record of building teams and shipping large-scale systems
• Executive communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• First-principles thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Ability to build an ownership-driven engineering culture
