Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategic roadmap for the Drayage Division
• Own revenue and margin goals, including tracking pipeline, forecasts, and performance
• Oversee pricing, service execution, and capacity planning to support growth
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities
• Drive sales growth by prospecting and expanding drayage accounts including importers, exporters, and freight forwarders
• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships
• Lead customer onboarding, contract negotiations, and billing audits
• Partner with IT to enhance customer-facing technology and visibility tools
• Establish and monitor KPIs for division performance

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
• Proven sales success and deep knowledge of port/rail drayage
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
• Experience managing a budget or P&L preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines
