About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end demand-generation to revenue engine, setting strategy to grow marketing-sourced qualified pipeline.
- Build a repeatable, AI-native demand system that compounds through integrated campaigns, paid media, web, and events.
- Improve pipeline efficiency by reducing cost-per-opportunity while maintaining or improving lead quality.
- Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to optimize the full funnel, from lead to closed-won conversion.
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget to high-leverage bets that drive scalable growth.
- Build, hire, and develop a high-performing, inclusive revenue marketing organization.
- Establish robust attribution and reporting to provide the executive team and board with clear visibility from spend to revenue.
Requirements
- Proven ability to design AI-native workflows as a default operating mode.
- Experience building scalable systems that automate recurring tasks like campaign operations and lead routing.
- Strong strategic leadership skills with experience managing a multi-team function and setting clear direction.
- Expertise in budget management and strategic resource allocation.
- Ability to translate complex pipeline and revenue data into clear narratives for executives and board members.
- Experience owning the full revenue funnel cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and RevOps.
Preferred Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including senior leadership roles in growth or demand generation.
- Experience scaling marketing for developer-first, API-driven, or highly technical B2B products.
- Proven track record of driving revenue in both product-led (PLG) and sales-led environments.
- Prior experience building or owning an AI-native marketing workflow or system.
- Fluency with modern revenue-marketing and analytics stacks, including marketing automation and attribution tools.
