Responsibilities
- Spend 75% of your time actively seeking new enterprise opportunities and mapping out expansion pathways within existing high-level accounts
- Dedicate 25% to strategic account leadership, serving as the primary point of contact for massive, multi-divisional accounts
- Lead a deeply integrated team of execution specialists by providing strategic direction and actionable feedback
- Own the ultimate success of every campaign and approach every decision with an ownership mindset
- Proactively identify and solve complex client pain points by questioning assumptions
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in marketing, account management, and strategic growth
- Demonstrated ability to command the room with enterprise stakeholders and drive business development
- Deep understanding of marketing philosophies, systems, and modern data frameworks
- Proven experience turning strategic vision into world-class execution by guiding internal teams
- Full professional English proficiency (C2 level)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing true, scalable data frameworks for sustainable, measurable campaigns
