Responsibilities

• Build seasonal assortments covering all channel needs
• Develop seasonal merchandising initiatives and strategies to drive growth and brand positioning
• Manage all key milestones from adoption meetings to assortment plan and line finalization
• Provide market and trend research to Leadership regarding product trends and opportunities
• Manage and execute key metrics including margin, delivery, assortment plan, SKU plan, and fabric
• Oversee assortment SKU plans and final product selection for the division
• Work closely with eCommerce and Creative teams to strategize initiatives and marketing campaigns
• Ensure the department is organized, staffed, and managing career paths and succession plans

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Buying or Merchandising
• 7+ years of experience overseeing both creative and financial aspects of merchandising
• 5+ years of experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams
• Deep knowledge of product design, fabrics, colors, and garment construction
• Experience with product development, trend forecasting, and fittings
• Commercial acumen with ability to analyze sales reports and data
• BFA/BA in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills, CA
