Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver against individual revenue targets through pipeline development and deal conversion
  • Proactively source and develop new partnership opportunities with global brands, agencies, and strategic partners
  • Lead end-to-end deal cycles from outbound prospecting through negotiation and contract execution
  • Structure and sell integrated partnership deals across branded content, media, IP licensing, and product collaboration
  • Build and present outcome-driven partnership proposals aligned to partner business objectives
  • Develop and grow relationships with senior stakeholders to drive renewals and upsells
  • Partner with Creative, Production, Legal, and Sales Operations to execute complex deals
  • Maintain clear pipeline visibility, forecasting, and deal tracking

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in partnerships, media sales, or revenue roles
  • Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar partnerships with global brands
  • Demonstrated ownership of pipeline generation and full-cycle deal execution
  • Experience selling integrated offerings like media, branded content, or IP-driven partnerships
  • Strong commercial and negotiation judgment for complex, multi-year agreements
  • Executive-level communication skills for influencing C-suite partners
  • Deep understanding of media monetization and partnership-based revenue models
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments
