About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own B2B revenue targets and budget for the Rest of World (RoW) region
  • Architect and modernize the sales playbook to transition into high-value B2B deals
  • Provide hands-on deal strategy using consultative frameworks like MEDDPICC
  • Build and manage a high-density talent ecosystem through active hiring and coaching
  • Champion AI-driven sales enablement tools to optimize pipeline and forecasting
  • Partner with global leadership on B2B strategy, commission structures, and strategic partnerships

Requirements

  • 15+ years of B2B sales management experience
  • 8+ years in leadership roles, including 2+ years managing other managers
  • Proven track record in SaaS, Gaming, E-commerce, Media, or Entertainment
  • Deep network or experience with Broadcasters, Streaming, Brands, Digital Publishers, or Gaming studios
  • Experience leveraging AI methodologies and modern RevOps tech stacks
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
