VP of AI Transformation

About the Company

Humanoid is on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. Their HMND-01 Alpha platform is already running in real industrial pilots.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide AI transformation vision and roadmap
• Establish AI governance frameworks, including ethics, security, and data privacy
• Lead the AI Transformation Office and oversee cross-functional AI leads
• Drive the adoption of AI agents, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled workflows
• Define KPIs to measure automation maturity, productivity, and ROI of AI initiatives
• Build AI literacy and change management programs across the organization
• Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to align AI strategy with business objectives

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business transformation, digital transformation, or AI leadership
• Proven track record leading large-scale organizational transformation programs
• Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI systems
• Experience designing enterprise operating models and governance frameworks
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI Centers of Excellence (CoE)
• Background in robotics, advanced manufacturing, or deep-tech
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
