Responsibilities

  • Own NAMER Commercial new business revenue targets, driving consistent quarter-over-quarter performance through a team of first-line sales managers
  • Engage directly in deals over $100K as an executive presence to help navigate complex negotiations and procurement cycles
  • Hire, develop, and performance-manage first-line sales managers, building a culture of accountability and coaching
  • Develop clear career paths for BDRs and AEs to invest in the internal talent pipeline
  • Drive rigorous forecast discipline and pipeline hygiene across the Commercial org
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, BDR, Channel, Solution Engineering, Product, and GTM Operations
  • Implement core programs and operating rhythms including pipeline generation cadences and enablement programs

Requirements

  • 4+ years of second-line sales leadership experience in SaaS
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue performance across large commercial or enterprise organizations
  • Experience leading managers through high-velocity, complex deal cycles with deal sizes above $200K
  • Strong command of value-based selling and multi-threaded executive engagement
  • Exceptional detail orientation and ability to manage deal specifics with precision
  • Proven ability to recruit top-tier sales talent and build career paths
  • High forecast discipline and rigorous approach to pipeline management and territory planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into procurement, finance, or legal functions
  • Familiarity with the enterprise procurement or spend management landscape
  • Experience building or scaling a BDR-to-AE development program
