Responsibilities

• Drive demand generation across consumer and B2B segments
• Build and lead the marketing team, including hiring and talent development
• Develop brand, content, and community strategies
• Own go-to-market strategy for new products in partnership with product and sales
• Identify, test, and scale new growth channels such as SEO, events, and partnerships
• Manage the full marketing tech stack, including attribution and analytics
• Report marketing performance to the CEO and leadership team

Requirements

• Proven track record of building scalable marketing engines
• Experience in both consumer and B2B marketing
• Experience hiring and leading high-performing marketing teams
• Strong commercial instincts and ownership of revenue numbers
• Experimental mindset backed by analytical rigor
• High agency and fluency with AI tools
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments
