Halter is on a mission to enable farmers and graziers to run the most productive and sustainable operations through innovative technology. Backed by Tier 1 investors, Halter is transforming the agricultural industry by providing tools that allow for smarter, more efficient grazing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Set the global marketing strategy across brand, performance, and product marketing
  • Manage a global marketing team of 17 people and 3 direct reports
  • Drive global revenue growth using a data-led approach (CAC, LTV, conversion attribution)
  • Oversee performance marketing to generate high-quality lead volume and implement ROI reporting
  • Scale global content and creative velocity through brand and content marketing
  • Distill complex hardware and AI software into compelling value propositions via product marketing
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to align on go-to-market strategies
  • Drive the maturation of marketing systems and the marketing tool stack

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building and mentoring teams in high-growth environments
  • Strong commercial mindset with understanding of marketing's impact on the bottom line
  • Experience in global companies leading brand or marketing teams
  • Ability to translate complex technical features into customer-centric value propositions
  • High-energy, problem-solving mindset suitable for a fast-paced disruptor culture
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or genuine respect for the agricultural community (Ag-fluency)
  • Experience working with hardware and AI-driven software products
