VP, Marketing & Communications

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide marketing initiatives and strategic communications to promote life sciences services
• Partner with senior business leaders to develop and communicate value propositions that differentiate the business
• Oversee the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans and campaigns to generate demand
• Manage brand compliance across the enterprise
• Set annual team goals, drive results, and report insights to optimize marketing strategies
• Support marketing budget development and align priorities with the CMO and CRO
• Develop a pipeline of talent and manage direct team accountability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 12-15+ years of marketing experience
• Proven marketing experience within a service industry
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Proficiency with Office 365 and project management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the health or pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to build strong relationships with executive leadership
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Knowledge of marketing automation, social networks, and video production
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to diverse audiences
