VP Manager Analytic Data Operations

Responsibilities

• Own the successful delivery of data operations and analytical support portfolios, ensuring high standards of quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Lead and develop managers and distributed teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Establish team priorities, allocate resources effectively, and monitor performance against operational objectives and service commitments.
• Align team objectives and processes with departmental strategy and broader organizational goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders across business, analytical, and technology functions.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, and strategic initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading data analytics and operations teams, credit research, or related capital markets functions within financial services.
• Strong understanding of credit risk and expertise in managing the end-to-end financial data lifecycle.
• Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working with leading financial data providers like Bloomberg, FactSet, Intex, or LSEG/Refinitiv.
• Proven leadership experience managing managers and driving strategic execution in dynamic environments.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts (Generative AI, Agentic AI) and an interest in leveraging these tools for workflow optimization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting.
