VP Loan Documentation and Processing Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage professional teams in the preparation and review of loan documentation within a complex operations environment
• Lead the implementation of business initiatives, client solutions, and process improvement projects
• Oversee the volume, quality, and timeliness of complex deliverables related to loan documentation processes
• Develop and exercise business plans, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and cost savings
• Perform detailed analysis of loan-related issues and recommend appropriate courses of action
• Define, implement, and track margin-related KPIs and SLAs for the group
• Assess and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to junior staff and new recruits

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in loan documentation or processing
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred)
• Strong knowledge of business processes, systems, and tools used in the loan lifecycle
• Deep understanding of loan products, services, and documentation procedures
• Proven ability to identify, mitigate, manage, and escalate operational risks
• Advanced analytical skills to define problems and develop solutions from complex data
