VP, Investment AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate investment-facing AI agents, skills, and workflows to automate research and portfolio tasks
• Deliver reusable skills that encode investment workflows and institutional knowledge
• Implement safe automation practices including human-in-the-loop review and testing
• Define and maintain guardrails around cost, data access, and agent scope
• Partner with quantitative researchers and portfolio managers to prototype and productionize AI-enabled workflows
• Translate complex investment requirements into clear technical specifications and merge requests
• Measure and improve outcomes of AI-enabled workflows, including adoption and quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Significant experience delivering production-grade software or AI systems
• Demonstrated experience building AI/LLM-enabled tooling or agentic workflows
• Strong proficiency in Python and AWS
• Experience with modern development practices including testing, version control, and CI/CD
• Ability to work closely with quantitative researchers or sophisticated domain experts
• Baseline understanding of systematic or quantitative investment processes
