VP, Infrastructure & Operations

Responsibilities

• Set the mission, vision, and strategy of the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) organization to maximize business and IT enterprise success.
• Lead end-to-end IT operations, including cloud platforms, cybersecurity, service management, and team member productivity tooling.
• Develop and control the annual I&O budget, driving FinOps discipline and continuous cost optimization across cloud spend and vendor management.
• Define and manage a comprehensive IT Service Management (ITSM) landscape based on best-practice processes.
• Collaborate with the CISO to operationalize security policies, maintain SOC/SOX compliance, and lead vulnerability management.
• Improve IT resilience through strategies for reliability, disaster recovery, and modernized global connectivity (SD-WAN/SASE).
• Advance the I&O roadmap using AI-driven automation, AIOps, and AI-native operating models.
• Lead and develop a globally distributed team, nurturing professional growth and high performance.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, ideally within a large public software company.
• 4+ years of experience as a Senior Transformational Leader driving the modernization of infrastructure and technology services.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and ways of working.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong people leadership skills with an emphasis on empathy and talent development.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence diverse global audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
