VP Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership and guidance across multiple international jurisdictions, specifically supporting EMEA and APAC regions.
• Partner with global business leaders to support organizational goals, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Lead and manage an international HR team, providing coaching and direction to the extended HR community.
• Oversee complex employee relations matters and act as the escalation point for high-risk issues.
• Collaborate with legal partners to ensure compliance with local labor laws and best practices across various markets.
• Partner with Compensation & Benefits and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure competitive, compliant, and aligned global people strategies.
• Manage international immigration and employment arrangement compliance in coordination with payroll and legal teams.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant Human Resources partnering experience.
• Proven experience in change management and employee relations.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
• Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous, and differing legal and cultural environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance business priorities with legal risk.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in employment law or employment relations.
• Experience managing HR teams across multiple global regions.
• Experience working across different time zones and with global stakeholder groups.
