Responsibilities

• Partner with senior commercial leaders to shape and execute people strategy aligned to business growth
• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused counsel on organizational design, capability, performance, and culture
• Lead the global Talent Acquisition function to deliver hiring plans aligned to growth needs
• Oversee HR Operations delivery, ensuring efficient support across the employee lifecycle
• Drive consistency in HR policy and practice across multiple jurisdictions
• Use data analytics and insights to inform decision-making regarding engagement, retention, and hiring
• Champion a high-performance, purpose-driven culture

Requirements

• Proven track record in global HR Leadership and as an HR partner to commercial organizations
• Experience scaling up organizations through transitional change
• Experience in life sciences, medical technology, or highly regulated industries
• Experience operating across multiple geographies, specifically US, UK, and EMEA
• Strong working knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and current issues
• Experience leading remote teams and distributed workforces
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a large, listed multinational
• Prior experience building or leading an HR Shared Services or HR Operations function
• Experience leading HR Centers of Excellence (COE)
