About the Company

Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally, including funds, family offices, banks, and corporates, across multiple regulated jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global strategic partnership roadmap for long-term value creation
• Source, evaluate, and secure high-impact partnerships across Web3, TradFi, and technology providers
• Cultivate senior-level relationships and act as a strategic advisor to key partners
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to align partnerships with business objectives
• Co-create GTM strategies for new services and integrations
• Monitor Web3, DeFi, and digital asset infrastructure trends to identify opportunities
• Establish and track KPIs to measure partnership effectiveness and ROI

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, corporate development, or business development
• At least 3+ years of experience in the digital asset or fintech sector
• Strong understanding of blockchain, Web3, custody, and digital asset infrastructure
• Proven track record of managing high-level partnerships and influencing stakeholders
• Deep relationships across financial institutions or blockchain protocols is a plus
• Ability to travel as required
