VP, Head of Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global strategic partnership roadmap to drive long-term value and ecosystem growth.
• Source, evaluate, and secure high-impact partnerships across Web3, TradFi, technology providers, and blockchain ecosystems.
• Cultivate senior-level relationships with key partners, acting as a strategic advisor to deepen engagement.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to ensure alignment with business and regulatory goals.
• Co-create go-to-market strategies for new services and integrations in partnership with BD and Marketing teams.
• Monitor trends in Web3, digital asset infrastructure, and DeFi to identify new whitespace opportunities.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure partnership effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, corporate development, or business development.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically within the digital asset or fintech sector.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, Web3, custody, and digital asset infrastructure.
• Proven track record of managing high-level stakeholder relationships and influencing decision-makers.
• Ability to translate complex market trends into long-term strategic advantages.
• Willingness to travel as required to support global partnership initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep, existing relationships across financial institutions, technology providers, or blockchain protocols.
• Experience converting business development relationships into recurring revenue and assets under custody.
