VP, Head of Global Data Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead global data operations supporting proxy research, voting execution, and client deliverables.
• Establish and oversee data quality controls, validation processes, and governance standards to ensure accuracy and auditability.
• Manage end-to-end operational workflows to ensure alignment with service levels and business priorities.
• Define and evolve the global operating model, including workflows, ownership, escalation paths, and performance metrics.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement to improve scale and risk management.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Research, and Client Service teams to enable effective data management.
• Identify operational and data risks and develop mitigation plans and escalation frameworks.
• Establish KPIs and reporting routines to monitor data quality, productivity, and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data operations, data governance, or financial services operations.
• Proven experience leading complex, data-driven operations supporting client-facing services at scale.
• Strong background in data governance, quality controls, and operational risk management.
• Experience leading global or multi-region teams in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of proxy voting or corporate governance research.
• Experience with automation, workflow tools, or technology-enabled operating models.
