VP Head of GHR Technology

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global GHR Technology strategy aligned with HR business priorities and enterprise technology direction
• Own the end-to-end global HR application portfolio of approximately 160 applications, including Workday, payroll, benefits, and talent platforms
• Drive digital transformation through the deployment of GHR AI and intranet-related capabilities
• Ensure stable and resilient operation of HR systems and over 180 integrations
• Manage risk, cybersecurity, and compliance across the HR portfolio, ensuring adherence to data privacy and IAM standards
• Act as a strategic technology partner to global HR leadership to improve roadmap transparency and decision-making
• Lead a global technology organization, managing internal teams, strategic vendors, and financial oversight

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, preferably supporting large-scale enterprise HR or corporate function platforms
• Demonstrated experience managing large, global application portfolios with complex regulatory requirements
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, integrations, data privacy, and identity/access management (IAM)
• Proven people leadership experience managing global technology teams and external vendors
• Ability to operate effectively within a highly matrixed and regulated environment
