Responsibilities
- Lead research on software and technology companies and market segments
- Build, grow, and coach a local team of analysts and associates in Munich
- Own client relationships and drive new business development within the DACH market
- Lead the opening of the Munich office and manage local recruitment
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting
- Proven track record of operational leadership and market expansion in Germany
- Fluency in both German and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on experience in business growth
- Strong understanding of the B2B software landscape and digital transformation
- Experience building high-performing teams from the ground up
