VP, Growth Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the global growth marketing strategy across priority business areas and customer segments
• Build integrated marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue impact
• Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities
• Lead planning and execution of integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and event-driven channels
• Oversee paid media strategy, including search, social, display, and retargeting
• Develop lifecycle and nurture programs to guide prospects through the funnel
• Define campaign KPIs, reporting frameworks, and attribution models
• Lead and develop the growth marketing function and manage internal teams and agencies

Requirements

• Significant experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing leadership
• Proven track record of driving measurable demand and pipeline growth
• Deep understanding of paid media, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
• Experience managing teams, agencies, vendors, and budgets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within B2B technology, sports technology, media, or SaaS
• Experience building and scaling global demand generation functions
• Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise sales environments
• Experience implementing data-driven testing and attribution frameworks
