VP, Growth Analytics

Responsibilities

• Manage the analytics relationship with the client and drive strategic thinking into marketing solutions
• Oversee data collection, analytical approach, and results interpretation for studies
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
• Ensure data quality and hygiene
• Deliver holistic business performance reporting and dashboarding
• Bridge planning targets to reachable audiences across media channels
• Manage media measurement vendor evaluation, contracting, and budgets
• Execute cross-channel response analytics and media plan optimization
• Provide team and people management
• Support new business development

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and industry reporting tools (Social Media Monitoring, CRM, DMP, Ad Servers, Website Analytics)
• Deep knowledge of the US data and ad tech ecosystem, including media metrics (GRP, CPV) and quantitative measures (LTV, ROI)
• Proficiency in statistics (correlations, sample sizing, t-value, VIF)
• Experience in a performance marketing environment
• Familiarity with advanced analytic techniques like multivariate regression, predictive modeling, and attribution

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years in Media Analytics and/or Audience Research
• Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools
• Proficiency in SQL or Python
• Familiarity with closed loop analysis in cleanrooms
• Strong project management and multi-stakeholder collaboration skills
