About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and develop analytic roadmaps including audience identification, multivariate testing, and forecasting
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in service areas such as brand tracking, MTA, and web analytics
  • Lead complex analysis projects, managing work efforts, budgets, and timelines
  • Ensure high-quality analytic deliverables and actionable recommendations for clients
  • Manage client resource allocations and develop contract content for analytic workstreams
  • Build and maintain strategic senior-level relationships with clients and external partners
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to drive organic growth
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for direct and indirect reports

Requirements

  • Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Proficiency with ad-serving platforms like Google Campaign Manager
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with tag management tools (GTM, Tealium, etc.)
  • Experience with audience tools (Comscore, MRI) and brand tracking tools (Kantar, Nielsen)
  • Proven ability to influence marketing strategy through data-driven solutions
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and audience command skills
  • Demonstrated team leadership and project management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in professional services or an agency environment
  • Deep knowledge of the media ecosystem and media analytics
  • Familiarity with MTA providers like Neustar or VisualIQ
  • Knowledge of media mix modeling and regression-based ROI
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate test design
