VP, Group Account Director

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership and guidance for interactive marketing plans for a group of clients and brands.
• Build and maintain strong mid-to-senior level partner relationships to ensure client retention.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet financial impact, budget, and target objectives.
• Lead the development of integrated solutions through research, analytical metrics, and strategic insight.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments including Project Management, Strategy, Creative, Analytics, and Development.
• Oversee project timelines, costs, and delivery within tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in client services and agency environments.
• Extensive experience in digital pharmaceutical and healthcare-related sectors.
• Subject matter expertise in digital, media, and technology marketing, including new product launches.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to negotiate contracts and work assignments.
