VP, Group Account Director

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership and guidance for interactive marketing plans for a group of clients and brands.
• Maintain mid-to-senior level client relationships to ensure retention and identify new opportunities.
• Manage campaign financial impact, including budgets, target goals, and objectives for both clients and the agency.
• Lead the development of integrated solutions through research, analytical metrics, and strategic insight.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments including Project Management, Strategy, Creative, Analytics, and Development.
• Model inclusive behaviors and proactively manage bias within teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience.
• 10+ years of client services, agency, digital pharmaceutical, and healthcare-related experience.
• Subject matter expertise in digital, media, and technology marketing, including new product launches.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional project teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strong ability to negotiate contracts and manage work assignments.
• Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills with a creative and analytical mindset.
