About the role
Responsibilities
- Own global revenue operations across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships
- Drive improvements in bookings forecast accuracy and pipeline management
- Develop data-driven bookings forecasts and partner with Finance on capacity planning
- Boost sales productivity through customer segmentation and territory design
- Lead the global deal desk for pricing strategy and deal execution
- Own the global sales enablement strategy for the enterprise B2B platform
- Build and scale enablement programs for onboarding, product releases, and messaging
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing global Revenue Operations and Enablement team
- Collaborate with GTM leadership to define market coverage and resource efficiency
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS
- 5+ years of experience leading Revenue Operations or Sales Enablement at scale
- Proven track record of building and leading teams of 10+ people
- Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation abilities
- Experience supporting complex, outbound enterprise sales motions
