About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for next-generation partnerships, including Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), Data Cloud/AI partners, ISVs, and Managed Services SIs.
  • Incubate new partner growth motions by identifying emerging market trends and piloting innovative commercial models.
  • Lead the development and execution of the Partner Apps program to drive platform extensibility and new revenue streams.
  • Translate incubated strategic relationships into scalable go-to-market (GTM) plays for regional partner sales teams.
  • Orchestrate "Power of 3" motions by aligning Anaplan, Cloud/Data partners, and SIs to build comprehensive solutions.
  • Design the organizational structure, hire, and mentor a world-class global strategic partner team.
  • Serve as a high-visibility executive champion for Anaplan's strategic partner growth both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Deep tech ecosystem expertise, specifically working with ISVs, Data Cloud/AI platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), or Cloud Service Providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Proven track record of translating incubated partner relationships into active, revenue-generating GTM motions.
  • Extensive experience building, leading, and mentoring high-performing global teams.
  • Strong technical acumen regarding SaaS architectures, API/data integrations, and platform playbooks.
  • Outstanding executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite leaders internally and within partner organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in channel, partner, or business development within hyper-growth SaaS environments.
  • Strong familiarity with global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and experience building tripartite partner plays.
