VP, Global HR Business Partner – Business AI, Technology & Product

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leaders to align people strategies with business objectives for the global Business AI, Technology and Product (BATP) organization.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and change management.
• Lead talent strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing technology, product, and AI talent.
• Drive organizational effectiveness and business transformation across a complex, global technology-focused environment.
• Develop succession planning and leadership development initiatives to address capability gaps.
• Manage complex employee relations matters in partnership with local HR Directors and Centers of Excellence.
• Collaborate with Finance on headcount planning and workforce investment decisions.
• Use workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and influence executive decision-making.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP leadership roles.
• Proven experience supporting technology, product, engineering, AI, data, or digital-first organizations.
• Extensive experience partnering with senior technology executives in large-scale, global organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading organizations through growth, restructuring, or operating model changes.
• Deep expertise in organizational design and global workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of global employment law and HR best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP.
• Experience in software, SaaS, or analytics-driven business environments.
