VP, Global Head of Access Services

Responsibilities

• Drive P&L, ROI, financial projections, and pricing models for the global access services business
• Define and lead the product and commercial strategy for physical and logical market access
• Oversee product delivery roadmaps, business development efforts, and performance metrics
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with network vendors, financial institutions, and trading firms
• Lead the development and enhancement of products including cross-connects and order entry connectivity
• Direct high-value implementation projects by collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, and network operations teams
• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for clients including HFT firms, broker-dealers, and market makers

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in business strategy, product management, or senior business management
• Extensive background in financial services, specifically with an Exchange Operator or Market Infrastructure Provider
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and managing global access services portfolios
• Deep domain expertise in exchange connectivity, order entry, and WAN infrastructure
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of equities and options market structure and trading workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with global exchange connectivity products across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific
• Knowledge of low-latency network architecture and managed network services
• Familiarity with public and private cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) as they relate to financial market connectivity
