VP, Global Claims Transformation Initiative Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and build-out of high-priority transformation initiatives within Global Claims
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment with claims operations and strategic objectives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including claims, IT, data science, and engineering to deliver automation projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and comprehensive documentation
• Drive change management and adoption of new tools and workflows using an employee-centered approach
• Analyze process performance to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
• Stay current on industry trends in AI, automation, and claims management to identify innovation opportunities

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in process engineering, operations, or project management
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects in an agile environment
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within claims operations or the insurance/financial services industry
• Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, or Agile
