Responsibilities

• Coordinate fund launches and lifecycle events by developing processes and project plans
• Serve as a central liaison across Business Development, Portfolio Management, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to enhance client experience and optimize fund processes
• Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to internal teams and institutional clients
• Foster partnerships with external service providers to drive efficiencies and reduce operational costs
• Support marketing teams by responding to fund inquiries and authoring fund knowledge content
• Own fund documentation and regulatory disclosures to ensure compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
• 12+ years of relevant experience in asset management or financial services
• Deep expertise in funds, product development, and institutional client service
• Experience with fund operations, compliance oversight, and service provider management
• Strong leadership and analytical problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders and institutional investors

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA designation
• Experience in US Wealth and DC channels
