About the role
Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction for the global financial planning process, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Provide executive financial leadership and counsel to the CEO, CFO, and Executive Leadership Team on critical business decisions and capital allocation.
- Oversee the preparation of sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate M&A opportunities and new business ventures.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of high-impact presentations to the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and tools, such as Pigment or OneStream, to ensure scalability and accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the global FP&A team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales to align financial objectives with company priorities.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Minimum of 5 years leading a global or large-scale FP&A function.
- Exceptional executive-level presentation and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence strategic outcomes.
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and advanced financial planning tools (e.g., Pigment, OneStream).
- Proven track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing finance teams.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic business partner to C-level executives.
