About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead all corporate FP&A and strategic finance activities, including long-range planning, annual operating plans, and monthly forecasting.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, CFO, and Executive Leadership Team on financial decisions and long-term value creation.
- Own enterprise-wide capital allocation strategy, including capex management, investment prioritization, and return hurdle thresholds.
- Oversee SG&A planning, productivity initiatives, and enterprise workforce cost modeling in partnership with HR.
- Drive enterprise cash flow forecasting, working capital insights, and capital structure considerations.
- Evaluate innovation investments, sustainability projects, and inorganic growth opportunities (M&A) through rigorous financial modeling.
- Lead the preparation of enterprise financial materials for Board of Directors meetings and support earnings-related analysis and SEC filings.
- Manage and develop the Corporate FP&A and Strategic Finance organization, fostering a high-performance, analytically rigorous culture.
- Oversee financial systems administration and governance for enterprise planning and analytics tools.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant leadership in a Corporate FP&A function.
- Proven experience operating within a large, matrixed, multi-business organization (CPG experience preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of partnering with CEOs, CFOs, and Boards of Directors.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, capital allocation, modeling, and performance management.
- Public company experience with deep knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, and earnings processes.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or CFA designation.
- Experience leading large-scale finance transformation initiatives involving systems, processes, or operating models.
