Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO to define and execute long-term financial strategy and sustainable growth
• Lead company-wide forecasting, budgeting, capital allocation, and investment planning
• Drive public-company preparation, including governance, compliance, and audit readiness
• Strengthen external financial narratives and engagement with investors
• Lead the adoption of AI and agentic tools across FP&A, Corporate Finance, and Procurement
• Oversee Finance PMO initiatives to ensure disciplined execution of strategic projects
• Build and scale high-performing teams across FP&A, Corporate Finance, and Procurement

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership
• 5+ years at the senior-executive level leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Direct experience preparing for or operating within a public-company environment
• Proven track record in both B2C marketplace and B2B GTM environments
• Demonstrated experience deploying AI-assisted workflows in a finance context
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• CPA or equivalent professional certification
• Deep expertise in agentic automation and AI-enabled finance transformation
