Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO to define and execute long-term financial strategy and sustainable growth
• Lead company-wide forecasting, budgeting, capital allocation, and investment planning
• Drive readiness for potential public-company environments, including governance and audit readiness
• Strengthen external financial narratives and engagement with investors
• Serve as a key financial advisor to senior business leaders across B2C and B2B GTM
• Lead the adoption of AI and agentic tools across FP&A, Corporate Finance, and Procurement
• Oversee Finance PMO initiatives to ensure disciplined execution of strategic projects

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership
• 5+ years at the senior-executive level leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Direct experience preparing for or operating within a public-company environment
• Proven track record in building and scaling FP&A and corporate finance functions
• Experience deploying or scaling AI-assisted workflows in a finance context
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CPA credential
• Deep expertise in both B2C marketplace and B2B GTM models
• Strong ability to identify processes suitable for agentic automation
