About the Company

Nabla is a team of entrepreneurs, clinicians, and engineers building the leading AI assistant for healthcare. By streamlining clinical documentation through machine learning, Nabla helps clinicians focus on patient care. Backed by a $70M Series C, the company is expanding its capabilities into ambient listening, dictation, and proactive clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage FP&A and Accounting teams, including month-end close, statutory reporting, and audit coordination
• Ensure compliance with French and US GAAP requirements
• Review and challenge financial models, forecasts, and budgets to deliver actionable insights
• Participate in board and investor reporting as a trusted financial voice
• Manage cash flow, working capital optimization, and treasury oversight
• Partner with Sales on pricing strategy, frameworks, and customer negotiations
• Design and manage incentive plans for Sales and Customer Success
• Partner with the People team on salary benchmarking, compensation, and headcount planning
• Oversee equity management end-to-end, including BSPCE and BSA
• Supervise day-to-day legal and administrative operations and review vendor contracts

Requirements

• Business school graduate (top-tier Grande École or equivalent)
• 5 years in Audit or Transaction Services at a top-tier firm
• 2–5 years in-house at a VC-backed startup as Head of Finance or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of French corporate law and equity instruments (BSPCE, BSA)
• Exceptional communication skills for Board and investor interaction
• High degree of integrity and commercial judgment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Quickbooks, Pennylane, Abacum, or Brex
