About the Company

Fleek is building the infrastructure powering the global secondhand clothing trade through a B2B marketplace and AI systems. By digitizing the supply chain, Fleek helps vintage stores and retailers source graded inventory, saving millions of items from landfills.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop Fleek’s global finance function
• Own company-wide financial planning and analysis, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting
• Instill rigorous financial controls, hygiene, and compliance
• Drive strategy alongside founders by turning financial data into decision-making tools
• Build the best payment experience for retailers and suppliers
• Lead and grow finance teams in Pakistan, India, and the UK
• Support future fundraising efforts and investor relations

Requirements

• Experience scaling financial functions from Series A through Series C or beyond
• Hands-on leadership in finance strategy, controls, and operations
• Proven ability to set up and scale core finance processes
• Strong understanding of long cash cycles, forecasting, and working capital
• Global finance experience managing cross-border payments and multi-currency operations
• Experience supporting fundraising efforts
• Deeply analytical and data-driven mindset
• Startup mentality with the ability to thrive in high-autonomy environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Fintech knowledge, specifically regarding credit and payment processing
