VP, Finance

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial business partner to the SVP of Finance, owning the Americas P&L including revenue, EBITDA, and margins
• Lead monthly financial planning cycles, including executive narratives, variance analysis, and rolling forecasts
• Drive profitability improvements by analyzing client margins and recommending pricing or staffing actions
• Manage and mentor Finance Business Partners and oversee the Global FP&A function
• Own NA forecast accuracy and financial targets, including Rule of 40 targets
• Monitor client health frameworks, including revenue concentration and renewal risk
• Partner with Sales and Delivery leadership on deal structuring and pricing

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience in professional services, consulting, or technology services
• Minimum 5 years in a VP, Senior Director, or equivalent leadership role
• Experience owning a $100M+ regional or business unit P&L
• Advanced proficiency in financial planning systems such as Prophix, Anaplan, or Workday Planning
• Deep understanding of professional services economics (bill rates, utilization, ASC 606)
• Excellent executive communication skills for C-suite and board-level presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Prophix or similar cloud-based performance management platforms
• Exposure to M&A integration and multi-entity consolidation
• Familiarity with Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools
• Experience supporting a matrixed organization
