VP, EPM & Corporate Applications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic technology partner and advisor for Controller and FP&A functions
• Co-own the development and execution of a 3–5 year digital roadmap aligned with enterprise goals
• Lead the modernization of core enterprise platforms, driving adoption of AI/GenAI and automation
• Drive initiatives across Accounting, FP&A, and Tax processes, including master data and driver-based forecasting
• Serve as Product Owner for the enterprise function’s digital product portfolio
• Collaborate with business teams to design and implement data solutions and advanced analytics
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
• Ensure enterprise solutions adhere to security, legal, and regulatory requirements including SOX and GDPR

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a Masters in Finance Technology or related field (e.g., CPA)
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in IT-Finance management or FP&A/Controllership functions
• Strong expertise in administering corporate applications including HCM, T&E, and approval workflows
• Deep domain expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
• Proven leadership ability in a complex, global, matrixed environment
